Mr. Hon served in the IDF special forces between 1994 and 1997. 
Today Mr. Hon is an experienced real estate investor and manager. Mr. Hon is co-founder and managing partner of Blue Atlantic Partners, an opportunistic real estate platform focused on investments in value-add and diverse real estate asset classes, throughout the Southeast US.  Prior, Mr. Oren Hon served as CEO of Elad National Properties between 2012 and 2013. With a portfolio value of over $1.1 billion, Elad National is a privately held entity with over 10,000 multifamily residential units in 8 states, 1 million square feet of office space, and 2 hotels in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. 

Previously, Mr. Hon served as VP of Mergers and acquisitions for Gazit Globe (NYSE: GZT), a multinational owner, operator, and developer of malls and shopping centers with over $20 billion under management. Furthermore, Mr. Hon was an analyst at the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Group in New York.

Mr. Hon holds a BS from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
